<br />. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92-11 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT <br />NO.2 TO HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT <br />FOR PROJECT NO. CA16-8023-054 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana has <br />previously entered into a Housing Assistance Payments Contract <br />with SBD Properties, a California general partnership (herein <br />called the "Owner"), approved by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, <br />acting through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, <br />and ow proposed to enter into Amendment No.2 to said Contract; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The proposed Amendment, designated "Amendment No.2 to <br />the Housing Assistance Payments Contract II for Project No. CA16- <br />8023-054, is hereby approved and accepted both as to form and <br />substance, and the Chairperson is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute said Amendment in four counterparts¡ on behalf of the <br />Santa Ana Housing Authority to forward such executed counterparts <br />to the Government along with such other documents evidencing the <br />approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required <br />by the Government. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />this Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br />ADOPTED, this <br />vote: <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />day of September <br /> <br />, 1992 by the following <br /> <br />AYE: 5 MEMBERS: Acosta, Griset, Pulido <br /> Richardson, Young <br />NOES: 0 MEMBERS: <br />ABSENT: 2 MEMBERS: McGuigan, Norton <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />-Æ~ <br />Edward J.
