<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EJC/meg <br />12/22/92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-02 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING ITS ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN <br />TO INCLUDE THE FAMILY UNIFICATION DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the United States Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development ("OOD") has approved the Housing Authority of the <br />city of Santa Ana ("PHA") as a qualified public housing authority <br />to participate in the BUD Section 8 existing Housinq Program ("said <br />program")¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HUD has issued regulations allowing the PHA to <br />amend its administrative plan for participating in said proqram to <br />include a "Family Unification Demonstration Program"¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Housing Advisory <br />Commission to the PHA have reviewed and approved each and every <br />part of the Family Unification Demonstration program¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and for the public <br />qood that the PHA approve the amended plan and submit it to OOD. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Amended Administrative Plan is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Family Unification Demonstration Program is <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
