<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />,~ " <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF <br />THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED <br />ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 (V) AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana is <br />authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the <br />Section 8 Housing Voucher Program II for the united States Department <br />of Housing and Urban Development (ltHUD")¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />("PHA") desires to enter into a supersedinq Part I of the section <br />8 Consolidated Annual contributions Contract ("CACC") with the <br />united States of America (ltGovernment") for the section 8 Existing <br />Housing Voucher Program. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amended section <br />must now be revised so that it <br />counterparts: <br /> <br />8 Existing Housing Voucher CACC <br />will consist of the following <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Superseding Part I of the CACC, HUD 52520D <br />applicable to the section 8 Existing Housing <br />program¡ with <br /> <br />(1/90) , <br />Voucher <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Exhibit I to Part I¡ and <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Exhibit II to Part I, adding Project No. CA16-V093-021. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA as follows: <br /> <br />1. The superseding Part I of the CACC for the Housing <br />Voucher Program is hereby approved and accepted. <br /> <br />2 . The Chairman and Executi ve Director of the Housing <br />Authority are hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />counterparts of the CACC and to take all necessary steps to file <br />said CACC and to provide such additional information as may be <br />required. <br />
