<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUrIOO 93-07 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I <br />OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM <br />CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF- 503 <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> <br />(E) <br /> <br />The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ("PHA") <br />desires to enter into a superseding Part I of the Section 8 Consolidated Annual <br />Contri butions Contract ("CACC") with the United States of Ameri ca ("Government") <br />for the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program. <br /> <br />The Section 8 CACC. Part I, must now be revised so that it will consist of <br />the following: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />SUPERSEDING Part I of the CACC. HUD 52520B (8/88). applicable <br />to the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program, with <br /> <br />Exhibit I; <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Exhibit II. adding Replacement Project No. CA16-E093-029; and <br />Exhibit III. Byrd Amendment Award Clause. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The SUPERSEDING Part I of the CACC. together with Exhibits I. II. and <br />III. for the Housing Certificate Program is hereby approved and accepted. The <br />Chainnan is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />counterparts of the CACC on behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is hereby <br />authorized to impress the official seal of the PHA on each such counterpart and <br />to forward such executed counterparts to the Government. together with such other <br />documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution thereof. as may <br />be required by the Government. <br /> <br />2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />
