<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-10 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING ITS ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN <br />TO INCLUDE CHANGES IN THE FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS the united States Department of Housing and Urban <br />development ("HUD") has approved the Housing Authority of the city <br />of Santa Ana ("PHA") as a qualified public housing authority to <br />participate in the HUD section 8 existing Housing Program ("said <br />program "); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HUD has issued regulations requiring the PHA to amend <br />its administrative plan for participating in said program to <br />include changes to the "Family Self-Sufficiency Program" and the <br />"Family Self-Sufficiency :Action Plan "; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Commissionérs of the Housing Commission for the PHA <br />have reviewed and approved each and every part of the updated plan; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and for the public good <br />that the PHA approve the amended paln and submit it to BUD. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Amended Administrative Plan is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The revised Family Self-Sufficiency Action Plan is heréby <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br />ci ty of <br />amended <br />882.204 <br /> <br />The Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the <br />Santa Ana is hereby authorized to submit the approved <br />administrative plan to HUD in accordance with 24 CFR <br />(B) . <br />
