<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-06 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AMENDMENT NO.4 TO PART I OF THE <br />ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 (K) <br />SECTION 8 MODERATE REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana is <br />authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the <br />section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program" for the united States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana has <br />previously entered into an Annual contributions Contract Part I for <br />Moderate Rehabilitation Program with the united States of America, <br />acting by and through the Secretary of Housing and Urban <br />Development (Government), and now proposes to enter into Amendment <br />No.4 to said contract; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Public Housing Agency <br />(PHA) as follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed Amendment, designated "Amendment No.4 to <br />Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503 (K), is <br />hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said Amendment in three counterparts on behalf of the PHA, and the <br />Secretary is hereby authorized to impress the official seal of the <br />PHA on such counterpart and to forward such executed counterpart to <br />the government together with such other documents evidencing the <br />approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required <br />by the government. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />
