<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-08 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AMENDMENT NO.5 TO PART I OF THE <br />ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 (K) <br />SECTION 8 MODERATE REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />("PHA") is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program <br />for the Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program" for the united <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PHA has previously entered into an Annual <br />Contributions Contract ("ACC") Part I for Moderate Rehabilitation <br />Program with the united States of America, acting by and through <br />the Secretary of HUD, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HUD has submitted Amendment No.5 to Part I of the <br />ACC for the PHA to approve and to execute, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PHA now desires to enter into Amendment No.5 to <br />Part I of the ACC. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Housing Authority of the <br />City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed Amendment, designated "Amendment No.5 to <br />Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503 (K), is <br />hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />Amendment No.5 to Part I of the ACC in three counterparts on <br />behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is hereby authorized to <br />impress the official seal of the PHA on such counterpart and to <br />forward such executed counterpart to the governMent together with <br />such other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the <br />execution thereof as may be required by the government. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />
