<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />" . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94-10 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING ITS EQUAL OPPORTUNITY HOUSING PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS the united States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development ("HUD") has issued regulations requiring public housing <br />authorities to submit an Equal Opportunity Housing Plan with each <br />application for participation in a section 8 Existing Housing <br />Project (project)¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />("PHA") is duly qualified as a public housing authority to apply to <br />HUD to participate in such a project¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Commissioners of the Authority have reviewed each and <br />every part of the updated plan¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and for the public <br />benefit that said plan be approved and submitted to HUD. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESolvED by the Housing Authority of the <br />City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Equal Opportunity Housing Plan is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
