<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDED PART I <br />OF THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM <br />CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT <br />NUMBER SF-503 (E) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana <br />("PHA") is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program <br />for the Section 8 Housing certificate Program II for the United <br />states Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PHA desires to enter into an amended Consolidated <br />Annual Contributions Contract ("CACC") with the united states of <br />America ("Government") for the Section 8 Existinq Housing <br />Certificate Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract must be <br />revised so that the amended section 8 Existing Housing Certificate <br />CACC, Part I, consists of the following counterparts: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Part I of the CACC, HUD 52520B (8/88) applicable to the <br />Section 8 Existing Housing certificate Program; with <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Exhibit I, Projects appropriated before federal fiscal <br />year 1988; and <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Exhibit II, Projects appropriated in federal fiscal year <br />1988 and later years, adding Replacement Project No. <br />CA16-E093-032: and <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Exhibit III, Byrd Amendment Award Clause. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana declares <br />the approval of the amended Part I of the CACC together with <br />Exhibi ts I, II, and III for the Section 8 Existing Housing <br />certificate Program to be an emergency matter. <br /> <br />2. The amended Part I of the CACC together with Exhibits I, <br />II, and III for the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program <br />are hereby approved and accepted. <br /> <br />3. The Chairman and Executive Director is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute the counterparts of the CACC on behalf of <br />the PHA, and the Secretary is hereby authorized to impress the <br />offiçial seal of the PHA on such counterpart and to forward such <br />executed counterpart to the Government together with such other <br />documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution <br />thereof as may be required by the Government. <br />
