<br />" , <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF <br />THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTI.FICATE PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED <br />ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 (E) AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana <br />("PHA") is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance proqram <br />for the section 8 Housing Certificate Program" for the united <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PHA desires to enter into a supersedinq Part I of <br />the section 8 Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract ("CACC") <br />with HUD for the Section 8 Existing Certificate Program. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amended section 8 Existing Housing Certificate <br />CACC must now be revised so that it will consist of the following <br />counterparts: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />superseding Part <br />applicable to the <br />Program; with <br /> <br />I of the CACC, HUD 52520D (1/90), <br />section 8 Existing Housing Certificate <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Exhibit I to Part I¡ and <br />Exhibit II to Part I, adding Project No. CA16-C093-031. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA as follows: <br /> <br />1. The superseding Part I of the CACC for the Housing <br />certificate Program is hereby approved and accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman and Executive Director of the Housing <br />Authority are hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />counterparts of the CACC on behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is <br />hereby authorized to impress the official seal of the PHA on such <br />counterpart and to forward such documents evidencing the approval <br />and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the <br />Government. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />
