Council <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY recessed to convene <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY the Regular Meeting <br /> of the Housing <br />Authority; Council reconvened at 2:26 P.M. and immediately <br />recessed to reconvene the Community Redevelopment Agency. <br />At 2:36 P.M. Council reconvened, and the Mayor declared <br />a ten minute recess; Council again reconvened at 2:47 P.M. <br />with all members present. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR The following items <br />ITEMS REMOVED & were removed from <br />DISSENTING VOTES the Consent Calendar: <br /> Item 5 C requested <br />by Councilman Brandt; Items 3 A and 5 A requested by <br />Mayor Garthe.
