<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-08 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING ITS ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the united States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development (HUD) has issued regulations requiring public housing <br />authorities to submit an administrative plan with each <br />application for participation in a section 8 Housing Project <br />(Project); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />(Authority) is duly qualified as a public housing authority to <br />apply to HUD to participate in such a project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, commissioners of the Authority have reviewed each <br />and every part of the updated plans¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and for the public <br />benefit that said plan be approved and submitted to HUD. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of <br />the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Administrative Plan is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br />City of <br />plan to <br /> <br />The Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the <br />Santa Ana is hereby authorized to submit the approved <br />HUD in accordance with 24CFR 882.204 (b). <br /> <br />ADOPTED, this <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />day of August <br /> <br />, 1995, <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />7 <br />0 <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />Espinoza, Lutz, McGuigan, Mills <br />Moreno, Pulido, Richardson <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />hairman, Housing Authority <br /> <br />~~:Æ~ <br /> <br />Execut1ve D1 tor/Hous1ng <br /> <br />Authority <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />ing Authority <br />
