<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-01 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS <br />CONTRACT NO. CA 093 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("PHA") is <br />authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the Section <br />8 Existing Program for the united states Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development ("HUD"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PHA desires <br />Annual contributions Contract <br />Existing Program. <br /> <br />to enter into the section 8 Consolidated <br />("CACC") with HUD for the section 8 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA as follows: <br /> <br />1. The CACC for the section 8 Existing Program is hereby approved and <br />accepted. <br /> <br />2.
