CA 50 <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR FUNDS The request by the <br />PROPOS£D CULTURAL CENTER Public Information <br />APPROVED Officer, Frank <br /> Blaszcak, for <br />authorization of $1,400 for transportation, travel and <br />lodging for Council (Councilman Brandt), Staff (Frank <br />Blaszcak), and Citizen (Robert Blaustone) representatives <br />to travel to the Cities of San Francisco, San Jose, Concord, <br />Tucson, Phoenix and Scottsdale to explore possible financing <br />for Santa Ana Cultural Center, was approved on the motion <br />of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman Ward and carried <br />(6:1) with Councilman Yamamoto dissenting. CA 5 2.8a <br /> <br />MID-YEAR BUDGET REVISIONS Twelve mid-year <br />APPROVED budget revisions, <br /> itemized by Jed <br /> Christensen, Budget <br />and Management Analyst, in his report of January 29, 1976, <br />were approved on the motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by <br />Councilman Evans and carried (7:0) unanimously. Councilman <br />Evans wished to register his disapproval of Item #7 on page <br />2, and the following Contingency items on page 3: Membership <br />in Fair Housing Council, Financial Consultant for Housing <br />Authority, and payment to Dr. Fielding, Transportation Con- <br />sultant. CA 65B <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT #98 Appropriation Adjust- <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT FILM ment #98 to establish <br />APPROVED an account for the <br /> production of the <br />Fire Department film was approved on the motion of Council- <br />man Evans, seconded by Councilman Brandt and carried (7:0) <br />unanimously.
