<br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />June 27, 1972 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was <br />held on June 27, 1972, at 4:00 P.M., at the City Hall Annex, 530 North <br />Ros s Street, Santa Ana. The meeting was called to order at 4:08 P.M. <br />by Chairman Patter son. <br /> <br />The following members of the Authority responded to the roll call: <br /> <br />Wade Herrin <br />Lorin Griset <br /> <br />H¡¡.rry K. Yamamoto <br />Jerry M. Patterson <br /> <br />The following members of the Authority were absent: ' <br /> <br />Vernon S. Evans, Vice Chairman <br />Ray Villa <br /> <br />There were also present by invitation the following: <br /> <br />Bruce Spragg, Acting City Manager <br />James A. Withers, City Attorney <br />Florence 1. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Sandi Mosley, Reporter <br /> <br />The full reading of the Minutes of <br />the regular meeting of May 23, 1972 <br />was waived and the Minutes were <br />approved as mailed on motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded by <br />Commis sioner Yamamoto, and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The resignation of Secretary Pro Tem <br />Carl J. Thornton, effective at the <br />close of business June 15, 1972, was <br />accepted on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded <br />by Commissioner Herrin. <br /> <br />SECRETARY PRO TEM <br />RESIGNA TION <br /> <br />Bruce C. Spragg was appointed as <br />Secretary Pro Tem, effective at the <br />close of business June 15, 1972, on the <br />unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded by <br />Commissioner Herrin. <br /> <br />SECRETARY PRO T EM <br />APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />SECRETARY PRO TEM REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Spragg reported that Mr. Clarence <br />Kennedy, Jr., repre sentati ve of the <br />Housing and Urban Development Depart- <br />ment,had advised Robert Portillo on June 26 that all the legal requirements for <br />the City's Program 23 Leased Housing had been satisfied; that confirmation of <br />the allocation should be made on June 27 (today); however, at this time there had <br />been no additional communication from HUD. <br /> <br />MINUTES - HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />JUNE 27, 1972 <br />
