<br />. <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />July 17, 1972 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />was held on July 17, 1972, at 2:00 P.M., at the City Hall Annex, <br />530 North Ross Street, Santa Ana. The meeting was called to <br />order by Chairman Jerry M. Patterson. <br /> <br />The following members of the Commission responded to the roll <br />call: <br /> <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />Lorin Griset <br />Wade Herrin <br /> <br />Ray Villa <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />Jerry M. Malone, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading of the <br />Minutes of the Annual <br />Meeting held on July 3, <br />1972 was waived and the Minutes were approved as mailed on motion of <br />Commissioner Herrin, seconded by Commissioner Evans and unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />The City Attorney <br />distributed copies of <br />a letter dated July 12, <br />1972, from the Department of Housing and Urban Development regarding <br />adoption of a Resolution establishing a policy whereby the reasonably <br />estimated average operating expense, including Rent to the Owner, <br />is no greater than 90 percent of the Achievable Dwelling Rent and <br />the Basic (Fixed) Annual Contribution payable by HUD. The letter <br />was read aloud by the Chairman. <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA INDICATING ITS INTENT TO CONTROL ANNUAL ROUTINE <br />OPERATING EXPENSES, AND TO ESTABLISH AVERAGE ANNUAL <br />TENANT RENTS TO INSURE THAT FOR PROJECT #CAL 93-1 <br />THE REASONABLY ESTIMATED AVERAGE ANNUAL OPERATING <br />EXPENSE, INCLUDING RENT TO THE OWNER, IS NO GREATER <br />THAT 90% OF (1) ACHIEVABLE DWELLING RENT, AND (2) THE <br />BASIC (FIXED) ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS BY HUD was adopted on <br /> <br />RES. 72-10 <br /> <br />, <br />
