. , . . . . . . .. . , MINUTES HOUSING AUTtIORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA August 21, 1972 A Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was held on August 21, 1972, at 2:05 P. M., at the City'Hall Annex, 530 North Ross Street, Santa Ana. The meeting was-l.Jtalled to order by Vice Chairman Vernon S. Evans. The following members of the Authority responded to the roll call: Ray Villa Vernon S. Evans Lorin Griset Harry K. Yamamoto The following :members of the Authority were absent: Wade Herrin Jerry M. Patterson There were also present by invitation the following: Bruce Spragg, Secretary Pro Tem James A. Withers, City Attorney Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary Sandi Mosley, Reporter RECESS The meeting was recessed until 5:00 P. M., on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner seconded by Commissioner Yamamoto. Griset, At 5:00 P. M., the meeting was reconvened by Chairman Jerry M. Patterson with all Commissioners except Commissioner Herrin present. The full reading of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 17, 1972 was waived and the Minute-s were apprqved as mailed on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded by Commissioner Evans. MINUT ES RESOLUTION 72-11 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT FOR SECTION 23 LE~ OF PRIVATE ACCOMMODJ\TIONS AND PROVIDING FOR A GENERAL 'DEPOSITARY ÀGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO. CAL 93-1 was adopted on motion of Comrnission,er Villa, seconded by Commissioner Yamamoto and carried on the following roll call vote: AYES: Villa, Yamamoto, Evans, Griset, Patterson NOES: None ABSENT: Herrin
