The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jerry M. <br />Patterson. <br /> <br />The following members of the Authority responded to the roll call: <br /> <br />Ray Villa <br />Wade Herrin <br />Lorin Griset <br /> <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />Jerry M. Patterson <br /> <br />The following member of the Authority was absent but arrived at 2 :25 P.M.: <br /> <br />Vernon S. Evans <br /> <br />There were also present by invitation the following: <br /> <br />Bruce C. Spragg, Secretary Pro Tem <br />James A. Withers, City Attorney <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Con Bliss, Reporter for '!he Register <br /> <br />The full reading of the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting of <br />August 21, 1972 and the Special <br />Meeting of September 5, 1972, was waived and the Minutes were approved as <br />mailed on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded <br />by Commissioner Yamamoto. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPOINTING <br />THE CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS THE ATTORNEY FOR <br />THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND SETTING FORTH THE POWERS AND DUTIES <br />OF THE ATTORNEY was adopted on motion of Conuriissioner Griset, seconded <br />by Commissioner Villa, and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 72-14 <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at <br />2:30 P.M., on the unanimously <br />approved motion of Commissioner <br /> <br />Herrin, seconded by Commissioner Evans. <br /> <br /> <br />~""-~'W~ <br /> <br />Florence I.
