M., on October 16, 1972, at the City <br />Hall Annex, 530 North Ross Street, Santa Ana. At 2:05 P. M., the <br />Acting Recording Secretary called the roll, and the following member <br />of the Authority responded: <br /> <br />Ray Villa <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />The Acting Recording Secretary adjourned the meeting to October 16, <br />1972, at 4:00 P. M. at, the City Hall Annex, 530 North Ross Street, <br />Santa Ana, for lack of a quorum. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City <br />of Santa Ana was called to order at 4:06 P. M. by Chairman Jerry M. <br />Patterson. <br /> <br />The following members of the Authority responded to the roll call: <br /> <br />Ray Villa <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />Wade Herrin <br /> <br />Lorin Griset <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />Jerry M. Patterson <br /> <br />There were also present by invitation the following: <br /> <br />'"'Éruce Spragg, Secretary Pro Tem <br />Charles Liberto, Acting Attorney for the Authority <br />Florence 1. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Con Bliss, Reporter <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The full reading of the <br />Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of September 18, <br />1972 was waived and the Minutes were approved as mailed on the <br />unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Herrin, seconded by <br />Commissioner Yamamoto. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Secretary Pro Tem <br />stated that a letter from <br />the Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development had been received requesting the City to update <br />all of its building, housing, and safety codes in conjunction with its <br />application for Certification of Workable Program.
