Patterson at 2:00 P.M., in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Hall Annex, 530 North Ross Street, Santa <br />Ana. <br /> <br />The following members of the Authority responded to the roll call: <br /> <br />Ray Villa <br />Wade Herrin <br />Lorin Griset <br /> <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />Jerry M. Patterson <br /> <br />There were also present by invitation the following: <br /> <br />Bruce Spragg, Secretary Pro Tem <br />James A. Withers, Attorney for the Authority <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Con Blis s, Reporter <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed at 2:05 P.M., and reconvened at 4:15 P.M., <br />with all members present; on motion of Commissioner Villa, seconded <br />by Commissioner Herrin and carried, with Commissioner Evans <br />dis senting . <br /> <br />MINUT ES <br /> <br />Minutes <br />Herrin, <br /> <br />The full reading of the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of November <br />20, 1972, was waived and the <br />were unanimously approved as mailed on motion of Commissioner <br />seconded by Commissioner Yamamoto. <br /> <br />REPORT OF SECRETARY PRO TEM <br /> <br />to implementation of the Section 23 <br /> <br />The Authority considered the report <br />from the Secretary Pro Tem <br />dated December 12, 1972, relative <br />Leased Housing Program. <br /> <br />Following discussion, it was moved by Commissioner Griset and seconded <br />by Commis sioner Yamamoto. <br /> <br />1) To authorize implementation of the Section 23 Leased Housing <br />Program with the immediate filling of two positions which were originally <br />proposed in the Authority's application to the Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development; i. e., a full time Housing Coordinator at pay range <br />No. 291 ($863.00 to $1,049.00 per month) and an Account Clerk I at <br />pay range No. 195 ($540.00 to $657.00 per month); and <br /> <br />2) To authorize staff to investigate the possibility of hiring a licensed <br />realtor, on a fixed fee, short-term basis, to assist in locating housing <br />suitable for Section 23 tenants. <br />
