<br />. <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />., <br /> <br />. <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />April 16, 1973 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order by Chairman Jerry M. Patterson <br />at 2:05 P.M., in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority responded <br />to the roll call: <br /> <br />John Garthe <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />Jerry M. Patterson <br /> <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />James E. Ward <br />Lorin Griset <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />Bruce C. Spragg, Secretary Pro Tem <br />James A. Withers, Attorney for the Authority <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />The full reading of the <br />Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of March 19, 1973, <br />was waived and the Minutes were unanimously approved as mailed <br />on motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded by Commissioner <br />Yamamoto and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The status report dated <br />April 12,1973, Section 23 <br />Housing was presented to <br />the Authority. In accordance with the recommendations contained <br />in the report, the following action was authorized on the <br />unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded <br />by Commissioner Ward: <br /> <br />REPORT OF SECRETARY <br />PRO TEM <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Establishment of a Housing Authority savings <br />account, in the form of a 90-day time certificate <br />deposit, in the amount of $3,000, with the Banco <br />del Pueblo of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />Establishment of a policy whereby the Housing <br />Authority savings account shall not exceed the <br />sum of ten per cent of the total Housing Authortt~ <br />budget in any given fiscal year. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned <br />at 2:10 P.M., on the <br />unanimousl~ approved motion <br />of Commissioner Yamamoto, seconded by Commissioner Garthe. <br /> <br />
