Patterson, <br />in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. The <br />members of the Authority responded to the roll call as follows: <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Absent <br /> <br />John Garthe <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />James E. Ward <br />Lorin Griset <br />Jerry M. Patterson <br /> <br />J. Ogden Markel <br /> <br />The following persons were also pre sent: <br /> <br />Manuel Rede, Executive Director-Secretary <br />James A. Withers, Attorney for the Authority <br />Thomas J. Andrusky, As sistant City Manager <br />Dayle Munt, Acting Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading of the Minutes <br />of the Annual Meeting of July 2, <br />July 16, was waived and the Minutes were <br />of Commissioner Griset, seconded by <br /> <br />1973 and the Regular Meeting of <br />unanimously approved on motion <br />Commissioner Ward. <br /> <br />REPORT OF SECRETARY <br /> <br />The Status Report on the <br />Section 23 Leased Housing <br />1973, was received and filed on motion of <br />seconded by Commissioner Ward, and <br /> <br />Program dated August 14, <br />Commissioner Yamamoto, <br />unanimously carried. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHO- <br />RIZING THE EXECUTIVE <br />DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE LEASES AND RENTAL AGREEMENTS ON BEHALF <br />OF THE AUTHORITY, was adopted on motion of Commissioner Garthe, <br />seconded by Commissioner Yamamoto, and carried on the following vote: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-5 <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />LEASES AND RENTAL AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />AYES: Garthe, Yamamoto, Patterson, <br /> Ward, Griset <br />NOES: Evans <br />ABSENT: Markel <br /> <br />Staff was requested to provide each Commissioner with a list of street <br />addresses of properties on which there were leases or rental agreements. <br />
