Patterson, <br />in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. The <br />members of the Authority responded to the roll call as follows: <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Absent <br /> <br />John Garthe <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />James E. Ward <br />Lorin Griset <br />Jerry M. Patterson <br /> <br />J. Ogden Markel <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />Manuel Rede, Executive Director-Secretary <br />James A. Withers, Attorney for the Authority <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />The full reading of the <br />Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of August 20, 1973, was waived and approved as mailed, on <br />the unanimously carried motion of Commissioner Garthe, seconded by <br />Commissioner Evans. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The status report dated <br />September 12, 1973, regarding <br />Section 23 Leased Housing Program, prepared by the Executive Director- <br />Secretary, was received and filed on the unanimously carried motion of <br />Commissioner Griset, seconded by Commissioner Evans. <br /> <br />REPORT OF SECRETARY <br /> <br />REPORTS OF COMMITTEES <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned <br />at 2:15 P.M., on the unani- <br />mously approved motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner <br />Yamamoto. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />err M.
