<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />December 17, 1973 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana was called tø order at 2:25 P.M., by Chairman Jerry M. <br />Patterson, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa <br />Ana. The following members of the Authority responded to the roll <br />call: <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Absent <br /> <br />John Garthe <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />James E. Ward <br />Lorin Griset <br />Jerry M. Patterson <br /> <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />J. Ogden Markel <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />Manuel Rede, Executive Director-Secretary <br />James A. Withers, Attorney for the Authority <br />Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />The full reading of the <br />Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of November 19, 1973, was waived and they were approved as <br />mailed, on the unanimously carried motion of Commissioner Ward <br />seconded by Commissioner Garthe. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />The Status Report <br />for the Section 23 <br />Leased Housing Program, including the trial balance, dated December <br />10, 1973, prepared by the Director-Secretary, was received and filed <br />on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded <br />by Commissioner Griset. <br /> <br />The Chairman requested the Director-Secretary to provide each member <br />of the Authority a list of addresses of the leased housing units. <br /> <br />REPORT OF SECRETARY <br /> <br />REPORTS OF COMMITTEES <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned <br />at 2:26 P.M., by the <br />unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Garthe, seconded by <br />Commissioner Yamamoto. <br /> <br />~L-.L A <br /> <br />..Q .~ <br /> <br /> <br />Florence I.
