Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, <br />Plaza, Santa Ana. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES The full reading of the <br />Minutes of June l7, 1974, <br />was waived and they were approved as mailed, on the unanimously <br />carried motion of Commissioner Garthe, seconded by Commissioner <br />Evans. <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />The Annual Report for the <br />Section 23 Leased Housing <br />Program, dated June 24, <br />1974, including the trial balance dated May 3l, 1974, was <br />received and filed on motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by <br />Commissioner Ward and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Authority declared the following accounts uncollectable and <br />authorized them to be written off as collection losses, on the <br />unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by <br />Commissioner Ward. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />$ 43.00 <br />264.60 <br />l22.00 <br />$429.60 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA RECOMMENDING THAT <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CALL A SPECIAL CITY- <br />WIDE ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 5, 1974, TO SUBMIT TO THE VOTERS OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA A BALLOT MEASURE AUTHORIZING THE HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY TO DEVELOP, CONSTRUCT, AND ACQUIRE LOW-RENT HOUSING <br />SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR ELDERLY LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS, was <br />adopted on motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner <br />Evans, and unanimously carried on the following vote: (5-0) <br /> <br />Juana Barajas <br />Theodore Mirelez <br />Ruth Reed <br /> <br />337-C Harper <br />2ll9-l/2 S.
