MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 1S, 1976 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M. in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the <br />Assistant Clerk of the Council in the absence of the Mayor <br />and Vice Mayor.
