Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Schwarze, Acting Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading of the <br />Minutes of the Annual <br />Meeting of July lS, 1974, <br />mailed, on the unanimously <br />seconded by Commissioner <br /> <br />was waived and they were approved as <br />carried motion of Commissioner Ward, <br />Patterson. <br /> <br />BILLS AND CO~WUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Status Report for <br />the Section 23 Leased <br />Housing Program dated <br />August l2, 1974, prepared by the Director Secretary and the <br />Financial Statement for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1974, was <br />received and filed on motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by <br />Commissioner Evans. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />HOUSINC AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUTIIORIZINC AND DIRECTINC SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR A LOW- <br />RENT HOUSING PROGRAM, was adopted on motion of Commissioner <br />Ward, seconded by Commissioner Patterson and carried on the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Ward, Patterson, Carthe, Yamamoto, Griset <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Evans <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Markel <br /> <br />. <br />
