Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority responded <br />to the roll call: <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Absent <br /> <br />J. Ogden Markel <br />John Garthe <br />Jerry M. Patterson <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />James E. Ward <br />Lorin Griset <br />Harry K. Withers, Attorney for the Authority <br />Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />The meeting was immediately <br />recessed and reconvened at <br />3:l7 P.M., with all members <br /> <br />present. <br /> <br />The full reading of the <br />Minutes of October l4, <br />1974 meeting was waived <br />and they were approved as mailed, on the unanimously carried (7-0) <br />motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Garthe. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />The Status Reports, Section <br />23 Leased Housing Program, <br />dated November 26, 1974 <br />and December lO, 1974, were received and filed together with the <br />Trial Balance Sheets for October and November on motion of Com- <br />missioner Patterson, seconded by Commissioner Evans.
