<br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />w <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />February 18, 1975 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 2:10 P.M., by Chairman Harry <br />K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Withers, Attorney for the Authority <br />Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />The full reading of the <br />Minutes of January 20, <br />1975 meeting was waived <br />and they were approved as mailed, on the unanimously carried <br />(7-0) motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Ward. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />The Executive Director <br />described the new <br />housing program under <br />Section 23 Leased Housing. He stated that applicants would be <br />certified as being eligible for the program by being issued <br />Certificates of Eligibility. The applicant could then proceed <br />to make his own rental arrangements anywhere he might chose to <br />live within the City. In addition, he stated that applications <br />for the new program are being accepted along with applications <br />for the new senior citizens development. <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br />STATUS REPORT <br /> <br />The Status Report, <br />Section 23 Leased <br />Housing Program dated <br />Balance, January 31, 1975, were <br />Commissioner Ward, seconded by <br /> <br />February 10, 1975 and the Trial <br />received and filed on motion of <br />Commissioner Bricken. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF ANNUAL <br />CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT <br />FOR LEASING PRIVATE ACCOMMODATIONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 23 <br />HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM AND PROVIDING FOR A GENERAL <br />DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO. CA-093-004, was unanimously <br />adopted, by title only, on motion of Commissioner Garthe and <br />seconded by Commissioner Ward, subsequent to a motion by Com- <br />missioner Garthe, seconded by Commissioner Ward, and unanimously <br />carried, to waive full reading of the Resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-1 <br />
