Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading of <br />the Minutes of April <br />21, 1975 meeting was <br />the unanimously <br />seconded by Com- <br /> <br />waived and they were approved as mailed, on <br />carried (6-0) motion of Commissioner Evans, <br />missioner Ward. <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br />STATUS REPORT <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />The report of the <br />Director dated May 2, <br />1975, and the trial <br />balance for April, 1975, were received and filed on the unanimously <br />carried (6-0) motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner <br />Garthe. The report described the activity of the Section 23 Leased <br />Housing Program, the Revised Section 23 Housing Assistance Payment <br />Program and the Revised Section 23, HAP-New Construction Program. <br />Ninety-seven of the 100 leased units are occupied and 29 Certificates <br />to subsidize family rentals under the HAP Program were issued on <br />April 16,1975. A schedule of events for the Senior Citizens <br />Housing Project was provided, indicating that complete acquisition <br />of the property site by the Redevelopment Agency must take place <br />on or before October 1, 1975. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF COMMITTEES <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />SELECTING NATIONAL HOUSING CONSULTANTS AS DEVELOPERS FOR 200 NEW <br />HOUSING UNITS, was read by title only and the full reading was <br />waived on the unanimously carried motion of Commissioner Evans, <br />seconded by Commissioner Garthe. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 75-3 was adopted on motion of Commissioner Garthe, <br />seconded by Commissioner Evans and unanimously carried (6-0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-3 <br />
