'w <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />September 15, 1975 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 2:35 P.M., by Chairman Harry <br />K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading <br />of the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting <br />of August 18, 1975 and the Minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />September 2,1975, was waived and they were approved as mailed, <br />on the unanimously carried (7-0) motion of Commissioner Garthe, <br />seconded by Commissioner Ward. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution 75-5, <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING SECTION <br />8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS <br />CONTRACT NO. SF-503 <br />AND PROVIDING FOR A <br />GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT FOR FUNDS TO BE REQUISITIONED PUR- <br />SUANT TO SAID CONTRACT, was read by title only and full reading <br />was waived on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner <br />Ward, seconded by Commissioner Bricken; it was adopted on motion <br />of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner Bricken, and <br />carried on the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />COMMUNICA TIONS <br />RESOLUTION 75-5 <br />ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT <br />GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Ward, Bricken, Ortiz, Yamamoto, Garthe <br /> <br />Brand t, Evans <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Housing Authority <br />Programs status report <br />dated September 9, and <br />the Trial Balances for the Housing Assistance Payments Program <br />(HAP) and the Section 23, Leased Housing Program for the month <br />ending August 31, 1975 were received and filed on motion of <br />Commissioner Ortiz, seconded by Commissioner Garthe and carried <br />with Commissioners Evans and Brandt dissenting. <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br />
