Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority responded <br />to the roll call: <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Absent <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken <br />David F. Yamamoto, <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />The Authority recessed <br />at 2:02 P.M., and <br />reconvened at 2:05 <br />P.M., with the <br /> <br />following staff members present: <br /> <br />Manuel Rede, Executive Director-Secretary <br />Keith L. Gow, City Attorney <br />Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />The full reading of <br />the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meetings of <br />October 20, 1975 and November 17, 1975, was waived and they <br />were approved as mailed, on the unanimously carried (7-0) <br />motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Ward, <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br /> <br />On motion of Com- <br />missioner Ward, <br />seconded by Com- <br />missioner Bricken, <br />following documents <br /> <br />with Commissioner Evans dissenting the <br />were received and filed: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 <br />Program (Existing Units), indicating that as <br />of December 1, 1975, of the 150 eligibility <br />certificates authorized by HUD, 72 certificates <br />have been issued, 69 for the Very-Low Income <br />and 3 for Lower Income; and that a total of 20 <br />units are under lease. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />November, 1975 Trial Balance Report for the <br />Section 8 - Housing Assistance Payments Program <br />(HAP), indicating a balance of $43,173.00. <br />
