Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading of <br />the minutes of the <br />Regular Meetings of <br />January 19, 1976 and February 17, 1976, was waived and they were <br />approved as mailed on the motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded <br />by Commissioner Ortiz and carried (6-0). <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Com- <br />missioner Evans, <br />seconded by Com- <br />missioner Ward, and carried (6-0) the following documents were <br />received and filed: <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Section 23 Leased <br />Housing (Existing Units), indicating that 80 <br />of the 100 authorized units were under lease <br />as of March 1,1976 and that 78 are occupied <br />by tenants. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />February 29, 1976, Trial Balance for the Section <br />23 Leased Housing Program, indicating a balance <br />of $567,750.66. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Revised Section 23 <br />Housing Assistance Payment Program (HAP), <br />indicating that 47 of the 50 units authorized <br />by HUD were under lease and occupied by tenants <br />as of March 1, 1976; that as of March 1, 1976. <br />110 certificates have been issued since March <br />1976 .arid önly thrée certificates remain active. <br /> <br />. <br />
