Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representative of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading <br />of the Minutes of <br />July 19,1976, was <br />waived and they were approved as mailed, on motion of Commissioner <br />Ward, seconded by Commissioner Evans, and unanimously carried (5-0). <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br /> <br />On motion of Com- <br />missioner Evans, <br />seconded by Com- <br />missioner Ward, and carried (5-0) the following documents were <br />received and filed: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Section 23 - Leased <br />Housing (Existing Units), indicating that 70 <br />of the 90 authorized units were under lease as <br />of August 1, 1976. <br /> <br />July 31, 1976, Trial Balance for the Section 23 <br />Leased Housing Program, indicating a balance <br />of $542,284.41; and the June 30,1976 - Post <br />Closing Trial Balance, indicating a balance of <br />$515,388.18. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Revised Section 23 <br />Program, indicating that 43 units of the 50 units <br />were under lease as of August 1,1976. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Section 8 Program, <br />indicating that a total of 127 units of the 150 <br />authorized by HUD were under lease as of August <br />1, 1976. <br />
