Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority responded to <br />the roll call: <br /> <br />Pres en t <br /> <br />Absent <br /> <br />David F. Ortiz <br />John Garthe <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />David L. Brandt <br />James E. Ward <br />Harry K. Yamamoto, <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />Manuel Rede, Executive Director-Secretary <br />James Conkey, Deputy City Attorney <br />Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading of <br />the Minutes of October <br />26,1976, was waived <br />and they were approved <br />seconded by Commissioner <br /> <br />as mailed on motion of Commissioner Evans, <br />Ortiz, and unanimously carried (6-0). <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br /> <br />On motion of Commissioner <br />Ward, seconded by Com- <br />missioner Evans, and <br />carried (6-0) the <br />filed: <br /> <br />following documents were received and <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Section 23 Leased Housing <br />(Existing Units), indicating that 65 of the 100 <br />authorized units were under lease as of November 1, <br />1976. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />October 31, 1976, Trial Balance for the Section <br />23 Leased Housing Program, indicating a balance <br />of $543,600.23. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report for the Section 8 Leased Housing <br />indicating that 190 units of the 450 authorized by <br />HUD were under lease as of November 1, 1976. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />October 31, 1976, Trial Balance for the Section 8 <br />Housing Assistance Payments Program (HAP), indicating <br />a balance of $314,744.16. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF COMMITTEES <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bricken arrived at 2:08 P.M. <br />
