<br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />February 21, 1978 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 2:15 P.M., by Chairman David <br />F. Ortiz in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Absent <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />John Garthe <br />David L. Brandt <br />James E. Ward <br />David F. Ortiz, Chairman <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager <br />Keith L. Gow, Authority Attorney <br />Manuel Rede, Executive Director-Secretary <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representative of the Press <br /> <br />SANTA ANA REHABILITATION <br />LOAN PROGRAM <br />PROMISSORY NOTE <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />The Authority approved <br />a promissory note between <br />the Housing Authority <br />and United California <br />Bank for a $115,000 loan <br />to the Authority for the Santa Ana Rehabilitation Loan Program <br />for low and moderate-income housing, and authorized its execution <br />by the Chairman and Executive Director-Secretary on the unanimously <br />carried motion 7:0 of Commissioner Bricken, seconded by Commissioner <br />Evans. <br /> <br />The action taken was recommended in a written report dated February <br />14, 1978, prepared by the Executive Director-Secretary Manuel A. <br />Rede. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT At 2:20 P.M., the <br />meeting was adjourned <br />on the unanimously <br />approved 7:0 motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner <br />Brandt. <br /> <br />l1J~ - <br /> <br />DA HI F.
