MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />April 5, 1976 <br /> <br />The meeting was Sailed to order at 2:00 P.M. in the City <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor John Garthe. <br />The following Council members were present: Gordon Bricken, <br />David F. Ortiz, Harry K. Yamamoto, Vernon S. Evans, David L. <br />Brandt, James E. Ward, and Mayor John Garthe. The following <br />Staff members were present: City Manager Bruce C. Spragg; <br />City Attorney Keith L. Cow; Deputy City Managers G. David <br />Tayco and Manuel Rede; Director of Public Works John E. <br />Stevens; Planning Director Charles C. Zimmerman; Police Chief <br />Raymond C. Davis; and Assistant Clerk of the Council Patricia <br />E. Rice. <br /> <br />INVOCATION <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />man Harry K. Yamamoto. <br /> <br />Following the Pledge <br />-of Allegiance to the <br />Flag, the Invocation <br />was given by Council- <br /> <br />RECESS At 2:01 P.M. Council <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY recessed to convene <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY the special meeting <br /> of the Housing Authority; <br />at 2:06 Council reconvened and immediately recessed to the <br />special meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency; at <br />2:12 P.M.
