Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading <br />of the Minutes of <br />March 21, 1977, <br />were approved as mailed on the motion of <br />seconded by Commissioner Ortiz, and unanimously <br /> <br />was waived and they <br />Commissioner Evans, <br />carried (6-0). <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />REPORT OF SECRETARY On motion of Com- <br />missioner Evans, <br />seconded by Com- <br />missioner Bricken, the following documents were received and filed: <br /> <br />1. The Monthly Report for the Section 23 Leased <br />Housing (Existing Units), indicating that <br />40 of the 100 authorized units were under <br />lease as of April 1, 1977. <br /> <br />2. March 31, 1977, Trial Balance for the Section <br />23 Leased Housing Program, indicating a balance <br />of $563,948.82. <br /> <br />3. The Monthly Report for the Section 8 Leased <br />Housing indicating that 276 units of the <br />450 authorized by HUD were under lease as <br />of April 1, 1977. <br /> <br />4. March 31, 1977, Trial Balance for the Section <br />8 Housing Assistance Payments Program (HAP), <br />indicating a balance of $568,477.10. <br /> <br />5. The Monthly Report of Section 23 (Revised) <br />New Construction, dated April 12, 1977. <br />
