Ortiz, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa <br />Ana. SF-503, <br />APPROVING THE SUBSTITUTION AND INCORPORATION OF A REVISED PART II INTO <br />MASTER SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT NO.
