<br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />September 27,1977 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M., in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the <br />Acting Recording Secretary in the absence of the Chairman and <br />Vice Chairman. There was no response to the roll call of the <br />Authority, and the Acting Recording Secretary declared the <br />meeting adjourned for lack of a quorum to Monday, October 3, <br />1977 at 2:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza. A notice to that effect was mailed to the City Council <br />and the news media, and was posted in the lobby and on the <br />door of Room 831 of the City Hall, and on the entrance to the <br />Council Chambers, with affidavit on file in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br />~~~ ¿ " Â .Uta£- <br />FLO ENC I.
