<br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />November 22, 1977 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M., in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />by the Assistant Recording Secretary in the absence of the <br />Chairman and Vice Chairman. There was no response to the <br />roll call of the Authority, and the Assistant Recording <br />Secretary declared the meeting adjourned for lack of a <br />quorum to Tuesday, November 29, 1977 at 5:00 P.M., in the <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. A notice to that <br />effect was mailed to the City Council, and the news media, <br />and was posted in the lobby and on the bulletin board next <br />to Room 831 and on the entrance to the Council Chambers, with <br />affidavit on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br />~. - ..J( .
