Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />The full reading <br />of the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting <br />of' October 25, 1977, was waived and they were approved as mailed on <br />the unanimously carried motion 6:0 of Commissioner Evans, seconded <br />by Commissioner Ward. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />The Monthly Report <br />for the Section 8 <br />Rental Assistance <br />Payments Program, <br />dated November 21, <br />1977, indicating that 340 of the 470 units authorized by the Depart- <br />ment of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) were under lease as of <br />November 1,1977, was received and filed on the unanimously carried <br />6:0 motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Ward. <br /> <br />REPORT OF SECRETARY <br />SECTION 8 RENTAL <br />ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM <br />RECEIVED AND FILED <br /> <br />SANTA ANA TOWERS <br />UPDATE REPORT <br />RECEIVED AND FILED <br /> <br />The Santa Ana Towers <br />Update Report was <br />received and filed <br />on motion of Com- <br />Ward and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />missioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAY- <br />MENTS PROGRAM HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE-OWNER/PHA <br />PROJECT NO.
