After <br />the pledge to the flag and invocation, roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />R.W. Grams, Housing Programs Administrator <br />Keith Gow, City Attorney <br />Richard Goblirsch, Executive Director <br />Manuel Rede, Deputy City Manager <br />Johnnie Sperling, Recording Secretary <br />Dan Stone, Assistant City Manager <br />Carl J. Thornton, City Manager (Interim) <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />The Minutes of the February 4, 1980 <br />Regular Meeting were approved 6:0 <br />on the MOTION of Commissioner Ward, <br /> <br />seconded by Commi ss i oner Bri cken. <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Bricken, Luxembourger, Markel, Serrato, Ward, Yamamoto <br />None <br />Griset <br /> <br />MONTHLY REPORT: SECTION 8 <br />HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS <br />PROGRAM - RECEIVE AND FILE <br /> <br />The Monthly Section 8 Report was re- <br />ceived and filed on a MOTION by <br />Commissioner Ward, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bricken. The motion <br /> <br />carried with no discussion. <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Bricken, Luxembourger, Markel, Serrato, Ward, Yamamoto <br />None <br />Griset <br /> <br />Resolution 80-4 was adopted by the <br />Housing Authority on a MOTION by <br />Commissioner Ward, seconded by <br />Commissioner Serrato. Mr. Grams <br />elaborated on the resolution by saying that it was conditioned on a 30- <br />day termination clause. Any agreement between Santa Ana Housing <br />Authority and another Housing Authority to allow Certificate transfer <br />may be terminated with a 30-day written notice. The transfer is also <br />subject to the availability of a Certificate in the correct category and <br />bedroom size. Mr. Grams also informed the Commission that HUD was <br />urging the Housing Authority to consider such an agreement. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE TRANSFER <br />AGREEMENT <br />RESOLUTION 80-4 <br />
