<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br /> <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />December 8,1980 <br /> <br />The adjourned regular meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 6:09 p.m. by Chairman Serrato in the City Council <br />8 Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. <br /> <br />PRESENT: ~: I <br /> <br />Chairman Serrato <br />Vice.Chairman Yamamoto <br />Commissioner Markel <br />Commissioner Luxembourger <br />Commissioner Ward <br />Commissioner Griset <br /> <br />Commissioner Bricken <br />(excused) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Al Wil son, City Manager <br />David N. Ream, Executive Director <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the November 3,1980 <br />Housing Authority Commission Meeting <br />were approved 6:0 on a MOTION by <br />Commissioner Luxembourger, seconded by <br />Commissioner Yamamoto. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br />MONTHLY STATUS REPORT: SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: OCTOBER,1980 <br /> <br />The Status Report for Section 8 Housing Assistance for the month of October, 1980 <br />was Received and Filed on a MOTION made by Commissioner Ward, seconded by <br />Commissioner. Yamamoto and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />. On a MOTION by Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner Luxembourger and car- <br />ried unanimously, Resolution 80-12 was adopted. This Resolution authorized the <br />Finance Director of the City to deposit and withdraw funds inaccordance with the <br />provisions of the Rehabilitation Loan Program and the Housing Replacement Loan <br />Program now in effect with United California Bank. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Commissioner Luxembourger requested that staff develop a format for quarterly <br />8 financial re.p.orts on the Authority programs. These reports would then be sub- <br />mitted to the Housing Authority for its information. The Executive Director <br />stated that such a report would be developed and submitted to the Housing <br />Authority on a quarterly basis. <br /> <br />. <br />
