<br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />. <br />4IIIÞ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 2, 1981 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 2:11 p.m. by Chairman Serrato in the <br />City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Chairman Serrato <br />Councilman Bricken <br />Councilman Griset <br />Councilman Luxembourger <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Yamamoto <br />Mayor Ward <br />Councilman Markel <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Daniel Stone, Assistant City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Michael L. Uptegraff, Acting Executive Director of Housing Authority <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the February 2,1981 Housing <br />Authority Commission Meeting were approved 4:0 <br />on a MOTION by Councilman Luxembourger, Sec- <br />onded by Councilman Bricken. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report: After brief discussion of the mobilehome lease- <br />ups, the Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance <br />Program for January, 1981 was Received and Filed on a MOTION by <br />Councilman Bricken, seconded by Councilman Luxembourger and carried 4:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The Housing Authority Commission Meeting was adjourned at 2:20 p.m. by <br />Chairman Serrato with unanimous informal consent. <br /> <br /> <br />~J;: <br /> <br />Debbie Vona, Secretary <br />
