<br />. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4IIIÞ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APR IL 6, 1981 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />was called to order at 2:20 p.m. by Chairman Serrato in the City Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />Chairman Serrato <br />Vice Chairman Yamamoto <br />Mayor Ward <br />Councilmember Bricken <br />Councilmember Luxembourger <br />Councilmember Griset <br />Councilmember Markel <br />Newly Elected Councilmember McGuigan <br />Newly El ected Councilmember Acosta <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />A. J. Wilson, City Manager <br />Daniel Stone, Assistant City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Michael L. Uptegraff, Acting Executive Director of Housing Authority <br /> <br />APPROV AL OF MUNUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the March 2, 1981 Housing Authority <br />Commission Meeting were approved 7:0 on a MOTION by <br />Yamamoto, Seconded by Bricken. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report: The Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing <br />Assistance Program for February, 1981 was Received and Filed on a MOTION by <br />Yamamoto, Seconded by Markel, and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Consent to Assignment, and Waiver of Bond Requirements: After brief discussion, <br />the Consent to Assignment, and Waiver of Bond Requirements was approved 7:0, on a <br />MOTION by Bricken, Seconded by Luxembourger. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Recovery of Funds: On a MOTION by Yamamoto, Seconded by Bricken, and carried <br />7:0, the Housing Authority Commission authorized the City Attorney's Office to <br />recover funds from Mr. Tony Ortega. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The Housing Authority Commission Meeting was adjourned at 2:30 p.m. on a MOTION <br />by Bricken, Seconded by Luxembourger, and carried unanimously, 7:0.
