Luxembourger <br />Al Serrato <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />John Acosta <br />J. Ogden Markel <br /> <br />The fo 11 owi ng sta ff were present: <br /> <br />A.J. Wilson, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Alex Sanchez, Executive Director <br />Debbie Vona, Secretary <br /> <br />APPROV AL OF MI NUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the September 9, 1981 Housing Author- <br />ity Commission Meeting were approved 7:0 on a MOTION <br />by Mr. Luxembourger and seconded by Mr. Acosta. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for August 1981 and Status Report for the Section 8 <br />Housing Assistance Program for Fiscal Year 1980-81: These two status <br />reports for the Section 8 Program were Received and Filed on a MOTION by <br />Mr. Serrato, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Audit Report - Period Ending June 30, 1981: The Audit Report was Received <br />and Filed on a MOTION by Mr. Serrato, seconded by Mr. Acosta and carried <br />7: O. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission, <br />the meeting was adjourned at 2:13 p.m. <br /> <br />~4JpÍ-- <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken, Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />ector <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Debbie Vona, Secretary <br />
