Luxembourger <br />Al Serrato <br />patricia McGuigan <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />J. Ogden Markel <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />(excused) <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />A.J. Wilson, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Alex Sanchez, Executive Director <br />Debbie Vona, Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the November 2, 1981 Housing <br />Authority Commission Meeting were approved 6:0 on <br />a MOTION by Mr. Griset and seconded by Mr. <br />Markel. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for October 1981 for the Section 8 Housing <br />Ass1stance Program - The Monthly Status Report was Rece1ved and F11ed <br />on a MOTION by Mr. Markel, seconded by Mr. Griset, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />The Housing Authority Commission Meeting was recessed at 4:20 p.m. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />The Housing Authority Commission Meeting reconvened at 10:05 p.m. in <br />Executive Session.
