Luxembourger <br />John Acosta <br />patricia McGuigan <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />J. Ogden Markel <br /> <br />Al Serrato <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />A. J. Wilson, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Alex Sanchez, Executive Director <br />Debbie Vona, Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the December 7, 1981 Housing <br />Authority Commission Meeting were approved 6:0 <br />on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan and seconded by Mr. <br />Acosta. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for November 1981 for the Section 8 Housing <br />Assistance Program - The Monthly Status Report was Received and Filed <br />on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Delegation of Claims Processing Procedure - Resolution 82-1, author- <br />lzing the City Attorney, actlng as Legal Counsel to the Housing <br />Authority, to perform claims functions as permitted by Government Code <br />Sections 935.4 and 949, was adopted on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, <br />seconded by Mr. Griset, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Com- <br />mission, the meeting was adjourned at 2:17 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Debbie Vona, Secretary <br />
