<br />. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 8,1982 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 4:29 p.m. by Chairman Bricken in the <br />City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />John Acosta <br />Al Serrato <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />J. Ogden Markel <br /> <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />(excused) <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />A. J. Wilson, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Alex Sanchez, Executive Director <br />Debbie Vona, Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the February 1, 1982 Housing <br />Authority Commission Meeting were approved 6:0 <br />on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Mr. <br />Luxembourger. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program for <br />January 1982 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and Filed on a <br />MOTION by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Mr. Serrato, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract - 40 Additional <br />Units - The Housing Authority Commission adopted Resolution 82-2, <br />authorizing execution of the Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract <br />No. SF-503 including Project No. CA16-E093-008 and providing for the <br />deposit of monies pursuant to a general depository agreement, and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Revised Master Section 8 Annual <br />Contributions Contract on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Mr. <br />Markel, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission, <br />the meeting was adjourned at 4:31 p.m. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Gordon Bric~n, Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />irector <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Debbie Vona, Secretary <br />
